Meet Susan

My passion for health and wellness led me to become a Certified Functional Medicine Coach through the Institute for Functional Medicine and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Homemade food was always a big part of my family, which fueled my love of cooking. Once I started my own family, I wanted to nourish them as best I could. I’m a believer in food as medicine.

Our busy on-the-go lives are hard, however with some simple planning and by offering nutritious options for ourselves and our children, we can create a more fulfilling and healthy family unit. I’ll guide you on your health and wellness journey, whether it be making healthy swaps, adding some movement into your routine, or finding ways to reduce stress. My mission is to support you in living a Well Nourished life.
